Disclaimer: please understand that due to the fact this product is breakable there is a slight chance it may arrived damaged. In this case you will need to send us proof of damaged photo to our email. We will only refund per damaged plate. We do NOT ship replacement plates. However, you can select Route at checkout and have damage insurance. In the case of a damaged place, route will send you a new one. This option is only available if you purchase Route at checkout.
