This design is by Alex Duquette and measures 24” Wide X 34” Tall. You can add an extra 4” if you factor in the tassels that boarder the whole banner. 

For hanging help we recommend getting 3M Command strips. You can find these on Amazon or at most local big box stores. They are apartment friendly as well. This will help you shape the banner on the wall. You can also use cardboard backing cut into the shape of the top of banner to help maintain the shape. As this is a rectangular shape it should drape fine with only tacks but these are other options as well.
