Shipping/delivery estimates are handled via UPS. Take To The Grave is not responsible for incorrect estimates.
TARIFFS AND TAXES
Take To The Grave is proudly based in Canada. Any additional tariffs and/or taxes added to your order upon shipping to your country are added by your government and out of our control. These charges cannot be estimated or included in our shipping costs. Amount may vary depending on your country or your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international shipments are subject to duty fees and/or local taxes. These charges are issued via customs upon arrival in your country. Take To The Grave is not responsible for these charges.
Shipping time estimates do not apply to those using third-party package forwarding.
LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Please contact your shipping provider regarding misplaced shipments prior to contacting us.
Take To The Grave is not responsible for any stolen shipments. It is your responsibility to track and receive packages. If a package is lost, contact your shipping provider to open a ticket. If your shipping provider specifies that your package is lost, contact us with your ticket number and we will do our best to help.
BROKEN ITEMS
Any items that arrive broken must be reported to us within 10 days of delivery date to be eligible for refund.
We offer Route package protection at check out which will replace or refund your item if it arrives broken. We highly recommend this when purchasing ceramics.
We do not replace ceramics that arrive broken, we refund. If Route package protection was purchased, you will be eligible to have a new item re shipped. Please contact Route for re shipment if this is the case.
ABANDONED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse your package it will be considered abandoned and lost. We do not issue refunds on abandoned shipments.
EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 30 days. If you wish to exchange an item, simply purchase the item you wish to exchange and send us a return package with a note explaining your return as well as the original order number included. Refunds will be processed upon receiving your return package.
We do not offer shipping labels for returns. You are responsible for any shipping costs to return your order.
All bikini sets and swim shorts are final sale and will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
